REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY 30-Day Fit GuaranteeIf your SteelTurn sneakers don't fit, we exchange them for a different size free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Email aylanabizada35@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We ship the replacement first — you send the original pair back after the new pair arrives. No restocking fee. RefundsIf you'd rather have a refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn (indoor try-on is fine), in the original box, with the spare dial kit included. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Defective or damaged itemsIf your pair arrives damaged, or the dial closure fails within 6 months of delivery through normal use, email us with photos. We replace the part or the pair at no cost. Return shippingFor size exchanges under the 30-Day Fit Guarantee and for defective items, we cover return shipping. For refunds on unworn items outside a defect, the customer covers return shipping.
